သင်ခန်းစာ တစ်ခုချင်း စီ သည် နေ့စဉ် အမြဲတမ်း အပြန်အလှန် ပြောစကားများမှ လာသည်။ စာကြောင်း၏ အသံထွက် ကို နားထောင်ရန် အသံကော်လံ ရှိ စပီကာပုံ ကို နှိပ်ပါ။ စကားလုံးတစ်လုံးစီ ၏ အသံထွက် ကို နားထောင်ရန် စကားလုံး ၏ အပေါ်တွင် ကာဆာ ကို ထားရှိပါ။

Receptionist: ချိန်းထားသလား?
Do you have an appointment?
Adam: ဟင့်အင်း။
No.
Receptionist: ဘယ်အချိန်ချိန်းချင်သလဲ?
When would you like an appointment?
Adam: ကနေ့ဖြစ်နိုင်မလား?
Is today possible?
Receptionist: ဟုတ်ကဲ့။ ကနေ့ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဘယ်အချိန်တွေ့ချင်သလဲ?
Yes. Today is fine. What time would you like?
Adam: အမြန်ဆုံးပဲ။ ဗိုက်အရမ်းနာနေတယ်။
As soon as possible. My stomach really hurts.
Receptionist: ခဏစောင့်ပါ။ ဆရာဝန် အားမအား ကြည့်ပေးမယ်။
Please wait a moment. I'll see if the doctor is available.
Adam: အိုကေ။
OK.
Receptionist: တောင်းပန်ပါတယ်။ လူနာရှိနေလို့ပါ။ နောက်ထပ် မိနစ် ၃၀ လောက်ဆိုရင်ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ စောင့်နိုင်မလား?
Sorry, he's with a patient right now. It's probably going to be about another 30 minutes. Would you mind waiting a little longer?
Adam: ပြဿနာမရှိပါဘူး။
No problem.
Receptionist: အာမခံကတ်ပြားကြည့်ခွင့်ပေးပါ။
May I see your insurance card please.
Adam: ဒီမှာပါ။
Here you are.
Receptionist: ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။ ဒီနေ့အတွက် ၂၅ ဒေါ်လာကျပါတယ်။
Thanks. That's going to be 25 dollars for today's visit.
Adam: တကယ်လား? အဲဒီလောက်ဈေးမကြီးဘူးထင်လို့။
Really? I didn't think it would be that much.
Receptionist: ဘယ်လိုခံစားရမယ်ဆိုတာ သဘောပေါက်ပါတယ်။
I know how you feel.
Adam: ငွေသားနဲ့ပေးပါ့မယ်။
I'll pay with cash.
Receptionist: ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။
Thank you.
Adam: အပူပေးစက်ဖွင့်လို့ရမလား? တကယ်ချမ်းတယ်။
Would you please turn on the heat? It's really cold in here.
